How far in advance should I book?

For wedding cars and Rolls-Royce, we recommend 4–6 weeks. For everyday sedans and SUVs, 48 hours is usually enough; last-minute enquiries are always welcome on WhatsApp.
Is fuel included?

Chauffeured rentals include fuel for the agreed itinerary within Lagos. For self-drive and out-of-city trips, fuel is billed at cost or refunded on return with a full tank.
Can I take the vehicle outside Lagos?

Yes, with prior notice. Interstate trips carry an additional per-kilometre rate and require the vehicle's road authorisation papers, which we handle.
What if the vehicle breaks down?

24/7 roadside assistance is included. In the rare event of a mechanical issue, a replacement vehicle is dispatched within 90 minutes anywhere in Lagos.
Do you offer airport meet-and-greet?

Yes — a uniformed chauffeur meets you at arrivals with a signboard bearing your name. Flight tracking is standard, so we adjust automatically to delays.
How is payment handled?

Bank transfer to our corporate account, with a formal invoice and rental contract. Card payments and international transfers are available for corporate accounts.
Are there mileage limits?

Within Lagos, mileage is unlimited on weekly and monthly rentals. Daily rentals include a generous cap suitable for typical city use; overage is billed transparently.
