How far are the beach houses from Lagos?+
Elegushi and Lekki peninsula properties are 30–45 minutes from Ikoyi/Victoria Island by road. Ilashe and Tarkwa Bay villas are 20–30 minutes by boat from mainland jetties. Ibeju-Lekki and Eleko are 60–90 minutes depending on traffic.
Are transfers included?+
Road transfers are quoted on request. Boat transfers to island villas (Ilashe, Tarkwa Bay) are included in the nightly rate for return trips from a designated jetty.
Can I bring my own chef and catering?+
Yes — you may bring your own team, or use our vetted chef roster. We can also arrange full catering for larger events.
Is a security deposit required?+
A refundable damage deposit is held via bank transfer or card pre-authorisation. It is returned within 48 hours of check-out following inspection.
Can I host a wedding or private event?+
Yes. Several of our estates are event-licensed and can host 50–300 guests. We provide full production support — décor, catering, sound, security and guest logistics.
What is the minimum stay?+
Most beach houses have a 2-night minimum on weekends and 1-night minimum weekdays. During peak seasons (Detty December, Easter) a 3-night minimum applies.
Are there activities on-site?+
Selected properties offer jet skis, kayaks, ATVs, beach volleyball, tennis and horse riding. We can arrange these on request at any property.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations more than 21 days before arrival are fully refundable minus a 10% administration fee. Within 21 days, 50% of the total is charged; within 7 days, the full booking is charged. Reschedules are accommodated where possible.
