What is check-in and check-out time?

Standard check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
How is check-in handled?

A guest liaison meets you at the residence with keys, a walk-through of the apartment and building briefing. For late arrivals, we coordinate secure key handover ahead of time.
Is a security deposit required?

A refundable damage deposit is held via bank transfer or card pre-authorisation. It is returned within 48 hours of check-out following inspection.
Are pets allowed?

Selected residences are pet-friendly. Please advise at booking so we can confirm the correct property and any conditions.
Can I request daily housekeeping?

Yes — daily or every-other-day housekeeping can be added for a small fee. Fresh linen is provided on request during stays over three nights.
Is airport transfer included?

Airport meet-and-greet with a chauffeured vehicle is available as an add-on. Rates vary by vehicle class; we quote at booking.
What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival are fully refundable minus a 5% administration fee. Within 14 days, the first night is charged; within 48 hours, 50% of the total. Reschedules are always accommodated when possible.
Do you offer discounts for extended stays?

Yes. Weekly rates reduce by ~10%, monthly rates by ~20–25%. Corporate contracts are quoted individually.
